The 3rd Time Is A Charm For Nick Neveau As He Opens His Third Fire & Rice Paella Outdoor Catering Location In Sarasota, Florida

While Nick is pleasing party event goers, farmers market patrons and wedding guests with freshly-made paella in Lansing and Ann Arbor, Michigan, he has opened his third location in Sarasota, Florida.
“If you want to talk about the best of all possible worlds, this is it,” Nick said from his latest location in Sarasota. “We opened here in November 2021 to accommodate paella catering requests for the Florida prime season.”
As both of his Fire & Rice paella locations are seasonal, Nick will return to the Michigan outdoors in May 2022. His lucky northern guests will once again enjoy the tantalizing tastes and aromas of sizzling paella during the warmer weather times of the year.
Nick's newest Fire & Rice Sarasota presence will be set up at the Farmers Market in historic downtown Venice, FL on Saturdays through March, with rotating events in Lakewood Ranch and at the Deerborn Street Farmers Market in Englewood.

In addition to his Sarasota area farmers market locations, Nick is also hosting private paella events in neighborhood communities.
These private catering events include themed parties and special celebration occasions. A perfect example are his “Welcome Back” events for snowbird communities. These special paella sharings occur upon their arrival to and departure from their coastal residences.
And with Nick’s business growth comes opportunity. The adage ‘be careful what you wish for’ is true for our Fire & Rice business here in Sarasota. With our expansion here, we are looking for good part-time seasonal employees to help us maintain our standards of excellence in all aspects of our business.”
While enjoying his time cooking up great eats in Sarasota, Nick’s Michigan Fire and Rice location is still serving freshly-made paella at the Winter Farmers Market in Lansing, MI, much to the delight of his regular patrons.
As he readily attests to, Nick is thrilled with the opportunity to do paella year-round now with his new location in Sarasota. “I can spend winters in Florida and once the season wraps up, I’ll head back home to Michigan. It is a perfect fit!”
